We are looking to add an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to add to our growing team officed in our global headquarters location! Our Sales Development Professionals are the face of Avidbots with our prospective customers by providing the very first engagements with our company.
How you will make a difference
Articulate the Avidbots value proposition (to business and technical personas), to assess customer requirements and buying interest
Research target accounts, define buying personas, identify key players, and gather contact information
Plan and execute outbound campaigns, working closely with Marketing
Send business emails and conduct highly effective follow-up phone calls
Conduct effective conversations with senior level executives
Qualify sales opportunities, and facilitate prospect introductions for our Account Executives
Manage contact data, sales campaigns, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales/marketing automation tools
This role offers a competitive Base Salary of $55k + Uncapped Commission!

Bachelor’s degree is desired (but not a mandatory)
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listening and understanding

Minimum qualifications
1+ years of professional experience working in an outbound B2B sales environment.
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
