The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Director, Strategy & Business Transformation, to join our Strategy & Business Transformation team.
This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.
Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Strategy, the Director, Strategy & Business Transformation is responsible for, in collaboration with business leaders, supporting Aviso’s strategy development and implementation with a specific focus on building our “oneAviso” focus across the organization. This role will focus on supporting EC and Board requirements, supporting the development and implementation of key oneAviso initiatives, being the steward of the Aviso strategies working with Lines of Business and Shared Services to communicate and support the realization of these plans. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting, documenting, and sharing innovation research, market developments and business opportunities and contribute the development of Aviso’s innovation culture and mind-set.

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $124,000 – $158,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
