Avison Young Real Estate Management Services has an immediate opening for an experienced Operations Supervisor with expertise within a mixed-use portfolio. This position oversees a portfolio of retail, office, residential and industrial properties.
The potential candidate must be a proactive individual that will be able to respond quickly and positively to all situations with poise and quiet efficiency, while maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor at all times. This position will come with a high level of responsibility and trust, and will be expected to perform regularly scheduled and some unscheduled tasks, to ensure the general wellbeing of the property and its tenants. You must be competent working in a fast paced environment, as a highly organized individual with exceptional foresight, initiative, discipline and focus. We are looking for enthusiastic talent with high problem solving skills. Excellent time management. Able to work with various personalities while ensuring the well being of the property and its tenants.
As Operations Supervisor for Avison Young Real Estate Management Alberta Inc., you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations for a variety of commercial sites. You must have knowledge of building management controls systems (BMCS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to actively manage all aspects of preventative maintenance, water treatment, energy management, building envelope and other building service requirements. Additionally, you must have a current ABSA ticket.
