AYR Motor Express Inc. Looking for HR Recruitment Administrator at Woodstock, NB Full Time

This new position with AYR Motor Express has been developed to bring support to our HR & Recruitment department as we continue to grow. This blended role is designed to work with our team in various areas of support in recruitment and administrative duties. Duties include but are not limited to; placing recruitment ads; recruiting drivers, office and terminal personnel; pre-screening candidates for managers and booking interviews; assisting recruiters with files, paperwork and references; supporting HR with writing documents, data entry, filing; and supporting other projects with departments as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements verifying experience, references, and driving abstract
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; hosting interviews; arranging orientation.
• Support the recruiting team with building files, reference checks, and filing.
• Attend recruitment events
• Support HR initiatives, writing documents, data entry, building reports and filing.
• Participate in projects with departments as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience
• Microsoft Suite – Office, Word, Power Point, Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience Interviewing and proven recruitment results
• Results driven, think outside of the box to recruit
• Be organized and cost efficient

Job Type: Full-time
