We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant in Mississauga, ON
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: 7:30am – 4pm
Location: Eglington Ave & Maingate Dr.
Rate: $22/hour
Responsibilities
- Primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide operational support to warehouse dock, dispatch, and driver check-in
- Administrative assistant will be required to assist, mediate and resolve any issues before escalations
- Accurately enter data into system and effectively communicate details to other departments
Requirements:
- knowledge/experience in the transport industry is preffered
- Background in dispatch, supply chain, and transport preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable to work independently with no supervision
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritized in a fast paced environment
- ‘Can-Do’ attitude with a passion to drive results
- Clean criminal background required
