Your Opportunity
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for delivering Brand performance targets in the Canadian market and driving value creation for our Company. You are an integral part of the Global brand team leading critical brand management activities and execution for Patron and Cazadores across Canada.

You can also navigate through a matrixed environment with effective communication and ability to update applicable stakeholders.
Responsibilities
With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
* Lead the situation assessment of Patron and Cazadores in the market & support activity development as part of the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process
* Support the development of Brand Manager level direct report
* Manage an A&P budget for your programs as assigned to you by the Business
* Work with Insights and Finance partner to ensure we measure and evaluate the performance of all brand programs to optimize A&P spend
* Track and support delivery against brand performance targets, and ongoing review of competitor/trade/consumer insights to help inform brand go-to-market strategy
* Strategic stewardship to build brand equity amongst target consumers.
* Profit/volume generation responsibility in order to meet sales volume and profit objectives.
* Contribute to the strategic planning process annually, establish brand growth strategies and develop the long-term business plan and goals for your portfolios. Lead the execution of the plan within the Canadian marketplace.
* Align with Commercial Sales team and Supply Chain on budgeted sales/shipment volumes by month/by province/by sku.
* Program execution through third party Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits (SGWS) Sales execution partner by means of involvement in program development, communication, execution and feedback.
* Manage the execution of creative strategy and program development process defined direct managers and locally developed/recommended programming.
* Work with Insights to execute routine and ad-hoc research projects, and measure effectiveness of in-market marketing plan activities. Proactively recommend change in direction as required.
* Foster U.S. and global brand relationships through skilled matrix management, to ensure Canadian strategic representation within North American region.

* Brand management experience in progressive roles, leading different Marketing projects
* Experience multiple specialty areas: experiential, digital, innovation, PR, promotions, events, media, etc.
* Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful presentations with successful experience presenting to senior/C-Suite leadership
* Comprehension, analytical horsepower and curiosity of industry data and how to translate data and insights into simple, actionable steps to grow the brand
* Preferred candidate has Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications
