BALANCED+ Looking for Data Analyst at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Full Time

About This Job

We are looking for an IT Data Analyst to lead in implementing and supporting CRM applications. You should have a keen eye for finding simple solutions to big problems and not only care about the efficiency and maintainability of software but also how it helps people do their jobs more effectively. You will work with great people in our diverse organization using Maximizer CRM and MS Dynamics CRM to improve and make a difference in business operation.

Responsibilities

• Support all BALANCED+ departments by fulfilling the following tasks:
• Data processing: efficiently cleaning data, organizing for consistency, and formatting for database import.
• Searching and pulling lists based on requests by other team members.
• Reports, dashboards, AI/ML data modeling and scripting
• Manage and deliver client projects and data maintenance.
• Reports (Crystal, SSRS)
• Dashboards (PowerBI, custom)
• Data cleanup and migration
• Importing and exporting data between information systems (e.g. Maximizer, Excel, Mailchimp)
• Organizing data structure in the databases – creating tables, fields, FK, indexes, functions, procedures, clearing fields, cleaning data, etc.
• Perform essential data, business process, and needs analysis.
• Identify process improvements, issue resolution, and time or resource-saving that will benefit clients.
• Manage implementation and day-to-day support of CRM and other related applications
• Write Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, and other training materials.
• Perform user training remotely
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Interact with users to address real business needs and problems.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS
• Excel (advanced, required for data processing)
• Mailchimp
• IBM Cognos

Job Requirements

• University or technical college degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the business environment as an IT professional.
• Able to work with little or no supervision, outgoing, positive attitude, and able to handle people who are often frustrated with their inability to overcome technology-related problems.
• Strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Ability to work from an office in Mississauga, Ontario.

Other

• Knowledge of the computer network, data security, data backup, and system migration/upgrade.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with emerging technologies.
• Maximizer CRM training will be provided.
