About the Team:

Staff Accountants are responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, forecasting and budgeting.

What You Will Do:

• Prepares information for periodic entries to journals.
• Assists in adjusting and closing the general ledger monthly.
• Prepares accounts analysis, bank reconciliation’s and other reports as needed.
• Conducts quantitative analyses of Non-Gaming/Gaming operating data with the objective of evaluating results, identifying problem areas, maintaining quantitative controls, and recommending possible profit opportunities.
• Prepares documentation for external auditors.
• Reviews financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance

Skills and Behaviors:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent required
• Two years’ experience in accounting or a related field preferred
