Our Finance team requires a self-motivated, professional, customer focused individual to join the team, as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, in our Steinbach Corporate Office. This position is a one-year term position, with the potential of being extended.

Capacity: You will understand the importance of time management and work ethic towards getting tasks completed and meeting high quality customer service standards.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
· Accurately invoicing both internal and external customers
· Investigating and addressing customer invoice discrepancies
· Reconciliation of bank accounts and receivable accounts, as well as calculating royalties for month end
· Managing sales reports and spreadsheets
· Ensuring the accurate recording of received payments
· Reviewing aged receivables report regularly and following up with overdue accounts, both by phone and email
· Negotiating payment plans with overdue accounts
· Ensuring customer account information is current and accurate
· Processing new credit applications and establishing credit limits
· Reviewing credit limits annually for all customers
· Calculating quarterly rebates
To qualify for this role, you will have:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Accounts Receivable experience
· Accounting or Business Admin education or applicable experience
· Previous experience with accounting-based software
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Ability to be accurate and multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Capable of maintaining a positive attitude and work in a team environment
· Adept in customer relations and problem solving effectively
· High level of attention to detail
