Campaign and VOC Lead (2302350)
Location: Calgary, AB or Remote.
Where the Chemistry Happens…
As the Campaign and VOC (Voice of Customer) Lead, you will drive commercial success by leading the development and implementation of the annual commercial campaign. This position plays a critical leadership role in creating cross-functional alignment to ensure campaign materials are strategically aligned with the needs of the sales organization and consistently rolled out at the optimum time. You will be responsible for VOC to deliver actionable insights, better support for customers, and an overall strong customer experience leading to greater customer loyalty and trust.
Formula for Success: You Will…
Lead the annual campaign direction and prioritization, manage the commercial campaign calendar, and develop the annual rollout and training process of the campaign plans, including the development of appropriate education and training materials to successfully prepare the BASF sales team for the GTM campaign.
Lead the Biweekly Business Connect meetings and monthly Campaign Playbooks. Identify and create the unmet content, communication, and support requirements of the sales team to ensure Sales Launch readiness. Consolidate, organize, and streamline communication from Marketing/CST to sales and channel partners to provide relevant and tailored information required to drive strategic sales priorities.
Ensure the successful execution and follow-up of NPS and VOC surveys, track responses, and collect and measure CX metrics across the journey to drive feedback to action throughout the organization.
Develop and execute the Canadian Customer Experience roadmap, planning and driving key components to completion including operational readiness, monitoring implementation, and measuring adoption and value generated. Support Customer Experience projects that drive customer value and business growth.
Lead the cross-functional product warranty support committee to help shape future program development and ensure timely deployment of warranty programs and internal training.
Qualifications
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or Business.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-oriented commercial or cross-functional roles (i.e. sales or marketing) delivering premium customer experiences.
Strong understanding of business and customer needs with very strong strategic and critical thinking, taking personal responsibility to ensure customer and/or stakeholder requirements are met.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams internally and externally, exceling in the ability to develop opportunities in a collaborative way, working across a broad and diverse set of internal and external functional groups.
Project management experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ Agriculture experience engaging or being exposed to customers and working with and understanding grower and retail customers in Canada.
Experience working on a high-performance team and the ability to influence without authority.
Excellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and oral), and project management skills.
Proven strategic and execution skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to foster innovation, embrace and implement change, while working with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications.
