Brief description of the position

Reporting to the Store Manager, the position holder is responsible for managing the receipt and shipment of goods as well as the maintenance of the store and warehouse.

List of responsibilities

• Coordinating the customer pickup process by ensuring that the order is paid for before delivering it to the customer;
• Contacting customers to notify them that their orders have been received;
• Receiving, validating, and organizing the goods delivered to the store;
• Identifying the merchandise in stock, any deviations, and the required adjustments when necessary;

· Performing inventory follow-ups in the warehouse and respecting the inventory management process;

· Carrying out the necessary product marketing activities (promotions, demos, etc.);

· Coordinating the merchandise return process;

· Maintaining a high standard of customer service and an outstanding customer experience;

· Applying the company’s policies and procedures;

• Respecting the occupational health and safety programs;

· Maintaining the store and warehouse by performing the necessary maintenance activities.

Required qualifications

• Possessing at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent (asset);
• Having the ability to lift heavy loads and use different tools;
• Owning steel-toed boots;
• Mastery of French and basic knowledge of English (depending on the region);

· Being available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
