The Hillrom Customer Service Team has long been recognized for providing exceptional customer service in the Canadian healthcare industry. They are the primary contact for the purchase and rental of Therapy surface products, service parts and Movable Medical Equipment, as well as providing end-to-end order processing and support for service employees and capital technical support after hours.
All Customer Service Representatives are expected to answer basic questions about products, rental contracts, billing, pricing, inventory availability, and fulfill general orders. The Customer Service Representative – Summer Student will achieve customer satisfaction goals in a dynamic and challenging medical field environment, while being accountable, collaborative, and contribute to a positive and professional team culture. The Customer Service Representative – Summer Student will report to the Customer Service Manager.
The incumbent will be based in our Canadian Head Office situated in Mississauga, though we also offer a hybrid work arrangement to allow the successful candidate the opportunity to also work from home, as we do with other members of the team.
