Bayshore Home Care Solutions in our Niagara Branch is looking for Acute Care Registered Nurses (RN) . Must be available Overnights to join our amazing team. Our Nurses enjoy an environment that gives priority to their flexibility but at the same time fully utilizing their nursing skill sets. This role is not your afternoon tea with Grandma. If you are looking for a nursing environment that demands critical thinking on complex care and advance wound care to name a few, then this role may be for you.What you’ll be doing:As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.You are the nursing care expert for your community.
