For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we will give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited. We set out to create a global network of Colleges, focusing initially on teaching English and French to International students.

Foreign languages department Eurocentres UK Languages www.eurocentres.co.uk – offering currently French and Spanish classes in the evening to local people in the UK. Now operating in Liverpool and London.
Position Summary, key duties and responsibilities
The Sales Adviser role has core responsibility for:
dealing with walk-in enquiries and selling our courses & programmes to them.
answering (mainly by phone) prospective student enquiries received through our web site or any other marketing campaign: social media, google Adwords, other directories, etc.
Update the company CRM with all prospective student details, follow up information, sales, tasks, etc.
Help in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in London: Collaboration with other business, sponsorships, local fairs, etc.
ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently.
keeping a good relationship with current students to manage their course extensions.
following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
The Sales Adviser will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in face to face and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing the college.
Knowledge, qualifications and experience
An undergraduate degree focus on business, marketing, sales, language or tourism (desirable)
Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment for 3-6 months.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
A second language (Spanish) is a strong asset.
Experience of working with international clients (desirable)
Sales experience. Education industry or services (desirable).
Customer service experience (desirable).

Holiday: 10 days per annum plus Canadian Public Holidays (pro rata)
Salary: $35,000 (Full-Time) annual + Bonus
