We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Canada. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently input and update data into our systems
Review and verify data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in data
Conduct data quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
Manage and organize data in an efficient and systematic manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
Familiarity with data entry procedures and techniques is an asset
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
