COORDINATOR, PEOPLE EXPERIENCE

As the first point-of-contact for the People Experience department, you thrive in a customer-focused environment, have a passion for people, and your goal is providing a full range of administrative support to the People Experience team. You apply comprehensive and current knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices to strategically respond to complex problems. You proactively provide confidential administrative support and guidance to management and employees regarding benefits, policies and procedures, the Collective Agreement and Employment Standards.
With a cheerful and enthusiastic nature, you provide a full range of Human Resources administrative and employee-related services, including processing, verifying, and registering relevant documentation, preparing various reports and spreadsheets, and maintaining employee records.
You are a detail-oriented administrative professional, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport with others, and exercise effective time management and organizational techniques. You work well under time constraints and can effectively manage competing priorities. You maintain the highest level of confidentiality and utilize excellent judgement and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications and are familiar with HR reporting systems and database programs such as Oracle and Cognos.
You have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or in a related field. Equivalent training and/or experience will be considered. A certificate in Human Resources would be an asset.
