CREWING ANALYST

You are detailed-oriented, excel when working both individually and as a team member and thrive when working under cyclical deadlines. As a Crewing Analyst, you are responsible for monitoring timesheets and observing procedure for accurate coding of time collection data.
You identify, assess and correct discrepancies in employee’s hours of work and pay. You research anomalies and respond to enquiries in a timely manner based on a thorough understand and interpretation of the Collective Agreement. You determine, validate and authorize employee payout requests and ensure they meet with Company guidelines.
You have a high school diploma supplemented by some post-secondary education. You have 1 – 3 years’ experience in a complex unionized environment coupled with a background in scheduling, payroll, and accounting systems. A background in Human Resources and experience in a variety of office systems are considered assets.
