SHR Planner
Management Band 1
There are two regular full-time positions available; one will focus on Indigenous Strategic Human Resources & Cultural Safety and one will focus on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism.
This position is excluded from union membership.

The Strategic Human Resources Branch (SHR) supports the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) with human resources (HR) and organizational development initiatives, programs and services related to workforce planning, engagement, leadership development, recruitment and retention, corporate HR priorities, occupational health and safety, Indigenous strategic human resources, cultural safety, equity diversity & inclusion, corporate learning and development, and strategic HR consulting.
The SHR Planner performs research, analysis, and reporting functions in support of a best practice approach to cultural safety, diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
