The Ministry of Forests is responsible for the stewardship of provincial Crown land and ensures the sustainable management of forest, wildlife, water and other land-based resources. The Ministry manages these resources in a manner that embraces economic, environmental and social goals of government.
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for responding directly, by phone and email, to public inquiries pertaining to the program area. Highly organized, you capably prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines, using your outstanding eye for detail to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. You are an effective communicator, able to successfully establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of partners and demonstrate initiative and good judgment in applying procedures within established policies and guidelines. Job Requirements:
Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
Experience working in a professional office and high volume customer service environment.
Experience and/or training in word processing, spreadsheet and other standard computer applications.

About this Position:
This position is located in Terrace.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 1 day at home per week subject to an approved Telework Agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future vacancies in Terrace.
