The Financial Services Team Leader (FSTL), with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, takes a leadership and support role in the accounting operations team in delivering financial services to District Offices in their assigned Service Delivery Area, Contract Management, and other Corporate Branches. A member of a 22-person Accounting Operations Team, the positions work together to provide services to all the 13 Service Delivery Areas, Contract Management, Other Corporate and Provincial Office Branches.
As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll supervise administrative and financial functions for district supervisors and staff providing important social programs to British Columbians. An efficient and versatile collaborator, you successfully establish and maintain important working relationships with a variety of individuals to complete work assignments. You have an outstanding eye for detail and ensure that all material and communication is consistently of high quality.
