Operations and Member Support Coordinator – Evo Car Share
Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office. Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership / Culture Standard:

Collaborate with other employees across the Evo Team and key stakeholders to accomplish business objectives
A champion for change management throughout the Evo Team
Assists in training, onboarding and developing people
Participates in corporate and departmental team building activities
Facilitates a culture of workplace safety and security
Operations & Member Support:
Open Rentals
Refuel Reimbursements
RFID Activations
Unsubscribe lists
Pre-authorizing charges for long trips
Chargebacks & notifications of fraud related to infraction/claims fees
Fleet Support follow ups
Handling inquiries through group inbox
Provide omni-channel support to members and vendors as needed, including email, chat and phone calls
Prepares daily summary reports as required
Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving including following internal purchase order process
Supports marketing, and member service team as required regarding new campaigns, services, and strategies
Coordinate and maintain record system of all lost & found items liaising with fleet department
Handling of Parking Tickets/Tows/Tolls/Over mileage by detailed investigation of member responsibility, processing notifications and posting of infractions and fees
Providing administrative support for procurement of capital items as required for the Evo business

Qualifications
Education
Experience
Other Skills / Qualifications
One-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (eg. Business Administration) and or minimum of 2-4 years related experience in operations
Or Minimum 1 year of work experience in related industry
Superior verbal as well as written skills
Superior attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of MS/ Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic CRM Tool Knowledge
Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work efficiently within deadlines
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Minimum 40 wpm typing skills.
Proven experience with in-house accounting or purchasing software is an asset
Proven ability to interpret and communicate moderate to complex data
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment
Proven ability to establish solid interpersonal relationships, work independently with high initiative
