Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality information.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with data retrieval and reporting tasks as needed.
Address data discrepancies and issues promptly, collaborating with team members to resolve problems effectively.
Follow data entry guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and accuracy in all data-related activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data management preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
