What You’ll Do As a Recruiter For Retail Leadership
- Full-cycle recruitment for retail leadership roles in our stores across Canada (with some corporate recruiting as required)
- Build relationships with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs
- Create and execute sourcing plans for assigned roles; using multiple tactics to drive applicant traffic and proactively identify qualified candidates
- Prescreen and interview candidates to determine a qualified and diverse slate of candidates to present to the hiring team
- Coordinate hiring team interviews, support feedback and hiring decisions, present job offers and provide ongoing communication to hiring teams and candidates throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of prior experience in full-cycle recruitment for retail leadership roles
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelining
- Experience using sourcing tools (ie: Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment

Base pay range
Annual salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00
