Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Microsoft D365 Business Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and back-office teams to analyze, evaluate, document, implement and test the functionalities of various corporate tools.

In this role you will :

• Take ownership of current solutions to support the different business units
• Configure and test the different D365 applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Operations, etc.) – 40% of the time
• Help to analyze new functional requests and suggest the best solution to apply – 20% of the time
• Offer internal users a level 1 and 2 support, for solutions in production – 20% of the time
• Document existing processes and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and refine end-user requirements.
• Liaise between business units, end-users, technology teams and support teams.
