Bell City Brewing Company Looking for Kitchen Staff at Brantford, ON Full Time

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and run our kitchen Wednesday-Sunday!

Bell City Brewing is a small craft brewery with a limited menu at the moment, we’re looking for someone to come on board and create some great dishes to pair well with our beer. We have been at our location for almost 10 years, we need someone with a vision to come and transform our menu.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years experience working in a commercial kitchen and you must have your food handlers certificate.

Responsibilities include;

• Opening/Closing the kitchen
• Creating new menu items
• Doing temp checks on product
• Date dotting all product
• Testing chemicals in dishwasher on a daily basis
• Maintaining cleanliness standards
• Dishes (run through dishwasher)
• Weekly inventory
