Job Overview
Reporting to the WFM Manager – Business Analytics, the WFM Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Bell Technical Solutions management team to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in order to deliver accurate and timely information, develop resources to evaluate process and behaviors of unionized and non-unionized employees.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and understand multiple reports/views leveraged on a daily basis for Business Decisions by multiple levels of management.
Prepare analysis for ad hoc requests from all levels of management throughout the organization.
Identify process improvement initiatives. Provide supporting data for existing initiatives.
Perform regular data integrity and best practice evaluations and action results appropriately.
Work with peers to establish their needs, propose and assist in reaching solutions.
Document WFM published reports. Provide to internal customers upon request in standard format.
Liaise with IS to maintain and acquire new data, resolve complex queries and/or design and develop new tools to manage day to day business.
Assist internal customers in acquiring and understanding WFM related information.
Work with Quebec/Ontario counterparts to align process and publish information as needed.
Critical Qualifications
Very strong proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint ( If, Sum if(s) / count if(s), Offset, Pivot tables, Graphs)
Knowledge and proficiency in SQL Management Studio software, MS access & VBA
Degree, diploma or certification in a related field
Candidate needs to be bilingual (FR/EN)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to perform data mining, reporting and analysis.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines in a teamwork environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
Demonstrated ability to research/evaluate process and make recommendations based on results.
Keen ability to identify relationships and flow of information throughout the organization. Possesses an in depth understanding of business rules, data relationships and workflows for research, analysis and proposals purposes.
Proven ability to deliver accurate information on demand in a fast paced, changing environment.
