Summary
The Bell Mobility Installation Service Team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will become a key member of our Projects Delivery Team, accountable for leading the delivery of Bell Mobility Installation Service Team Initiatives primarily focused on IoT and Interior cellular enhancement systems (In-Building).
The prime responsibility of this position is to lead a cross-functional delivery team of professionals including Vendor Partners, RF Specialists, Client Executives, Wireless/Solutions Specialists, and other Project Managers, to deliver IOT and In-buildings Projects sponsored by our Business partners on Time, On Budget and with Quality.
The candidate will be expected to manage project schedules, manage partners and vendors, identify risks and clearly communicate goals to the project’s Business and Professional Services stakeholders.
The role will also include program management growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Successful delivery of projects by leading cross functional delivery teams of professionals that include a mix of internal employees, contract employees, and vendor partners
Accountable to lead scope clarification, conceptual solutions and project assessments activities
Assign the suitable team to complete the installations on time, on budget and with quality
Stakeholder communications
Manage vendor and partner relationships as necessary to ensure project delivery success
Critical Qualifications
2+ years’ experience as project manager similar projects delivery would be an asset
University degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business, Project Management or other relevant discipline
Excellent communications skills. The candidate must be able to practice active listening to understand directions and grasp information. Being capable to express themselves in a clear spoken and written manner, while being able to vulgarized concepts to a broad audience; experience in a customer facing role is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written communication) and the ability to make a difference by exerting influence
Excellent project management capabilities; Ability to understand complex dynamics of working with multiple stakeholders with divergent interests
Passion for uncovering business needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning efforts to ensure timely implementation
Strong ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to create and build multiple partnerships
Strong ability to influence without authority and drive results
Strong ability to assess business priorities, issues and people impacts
Strong problem-solving ability; ability to make good decisions and make sound recommendations
Great analytical capabilities for interpreting data, developing ideas and implementing initiatives
Excellent organizational sense and proven ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
PM experience an asset
Work experience in the telecommunications industry, an asset
Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
Be able to adapt and easily learn new software and applications
Excellent presentation skills and Experience with post-mortem analysis
