ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, task driven and motivated to join our team. This position has opportunity for growth into a Bookkeeping role.
Job Details:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers as needed
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to guests of our showroom
– Maintain records of insurances and licenses for tradespeople
– Organize building permits, insurance, etc.
– Data entry for projects – utilizing our online project management system
– Organize events
– Work with owners directly to support a variety of needs
– Assist with marketing initiatives
Abilities & Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role and/or relevant education
– Extensive computer skills
– Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills
– Have class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

– Has proven record of completing a high volume of work within deadlines
– Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
– Has a strong attention to detail
This position has opportunity for growth into Bookkeeping so preference will be given to candidates who have education or experience in accounting.
