As the Delivery Specialist you are responsible for streamlining the guest delivery experience while providing an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities include:
- Partnering with sales team to maintain daily / weekly delivery schedule including dates, times, and stock numbers of guest vehicles.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure accessories and pre-delivery inspection has been completed.
- Assist each guest in learning the features, and benefits of their vehicle – including answering questions, setting up their mobile device, demonstrating usage of features, etc.
- Assist with YouTube videos demonstrating the latest and greatest in new vehicle features and technology
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling confident with the features in their new or used Toyota!
Qualifications: OMVIC License (willing to train the right person)
- Valid G drivers license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed orientated and ability to problem solve
