What We’re Looking For

As a Salesforce Marketing Consultant your contribution will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This client-facing position requires consulting experience, CRM industry knowledge and strong client relationship skills.

You will be working with clients and internal team members to design, configure, implement, and deploy solutions after thoroughly analyzing and understanding the business requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Gathering detailed business requirements by leading group sessions with clients.
• Solution design and configuration on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Salesforce.com platform
• Integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and Pardot
• Producing various documents and project artifacts (including ERD’s, DFD’s, functional specifications, wireframes)
• Investigate documents and analyze key client organizational processes
• Strong understanding of data structures, with ability to perform light data migration from a legacy system into Marketing Cloud (CSV’s with Data Loader)
• Maintain clear communication with project team and stakeholders
• Providing support in the form of scoping and estimation during the sales process
• Work closely with a project manager to develop and monitor a detailed project plan (this includes identifying key project tasks, and associated timelines)
• Think critically about business problems
• Develop and own a Salesforce solution
• Conduct product demonstrations and execute client training sessions
• Be a trusted adviser to the client, understanding the clients end-to-end business and areas for future growth
• Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as configuration and rollout
• At times, be able to work independently with full ownership of a project. This includes assuming project management related activities
• Along with adapting existing processes, help define new processes, and continually look to create efficiencies within the organization

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Our team comes from various backgrounds and levels of experience, but we have found that those who enjoy the most success have the following things in common:

• 2+ years’ experience working with ESP direct marketing technologies (Pardot, Marketing Cloud)
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent education and experience
• One or more Salesforce Certification (Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant, Pardot Specialist, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)
• Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills
• High energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Team player, able to effectively collaborate and build relationships over any medium of communication
