Licensed Automotive Service Technician
We are a boutique-style repair facility headquartered in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We have a vast and loyal client base spanning the Maritime Provinces and beyond with some business coming to us from the US. We have made it our mission to provide the best possible work environment while at the same time providing the best possible customer service experience. To maintain this level of service, we continually invest in our people, our equipment, and how we deliver that experience to the end user – our valued client base.
We are looking to add an experienced licensed technician who feels comfortable mentoring an apprentice technician.
Some of the qualifications that would be helpful are:
- Customer service orientated
- Attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Proven diagnostic ability
- Skilled in all areas of automotive repair
- Extensive electrical experience
- Familiar with all digital repair platforms (Mitchell Shop Key, All Data, Autel, Hunter, etc)
- Wheel alignments (Hunter)
- Tire change equipment (Hunter)
- Welding (MIG and Oxy/Acetylene)
- A reasonably clean driver’s abstract
- The ability to operate a manual transmission
- Familiar with all makes
- Ability to think like a flat-rate technician but have an hourly pay program
- A CAN-DO attitude and “solutions finder”

Compensation:
- Company medical/dental plan (50% paid by the company)
