Talent Sourcer
Fully Remote in Western Canada
Reports to: Director of Sourcing & Research

The company is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but operates with a permanently remote team with employees across the United States and Canada.
Core Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Director of Sourcing & Research, you will be responsible for finding top talent for assigned searches
- Attend internal meetings with Recruiters to discuss search updates and strategies for sourcing and contacting methods
- Review client recordings and integrate their feedback into a new strategic approach to uncovering new relevant talent
- Manage the pipeline for 5-10 ongoing projects, understanding Recruiter needs and taking initiative
- Actively develop new skills and focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or another field
- Completion of at least a few science-related courses
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and project management abilities
- An execution-oriented approach, a get-it-done attitude and a team-player mentality
- Reside in Western Canada, able to work 8am-5pm Pacific time
