Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain all food options.
• Training other staff (e.g. the other servers).
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Can work in a team environment.
• Understand and follow instructions.
• Respect for families with children.
• Manage staff of 15 employees
• Take direction from owners/manager
• Work with kitchen to insure customers have exceptional dinning experience
