• 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en TI dont 5 en gestion et en architecture logicielle;

• Participer à l’élaboration des orientations, stratégies, politiques et règlements;

• Coacher l’équipe pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations ;

• Mettre en place l’architecture logicielle, revue de code, design pattern et standard de programmation;

• Diagnostiquer et recommander des solutions ou des améliorations dans les applications permettant de résoudre des problématiques techniques ;

• Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en place des solutions retenues et s’assurer des suivis ;

• Jouer un rôle de leader au niveau de l’expertise organique des solutions applicatives et accompagner l’équipe dans le développement de leurs traitements;

• Communiquer avec les autres départements sur les progrès, les délais et les obstacles ;

• S’assure de l’efficacité et de l’efficience des infrastructures / systèmes existants à travers l’entretien préventif et l’amélioration continue des plateformes.
