Job Position: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with out external partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing project workflows, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and designers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactive approach and outreach to external partners and stakeholders, continuously finding ways to upsell and cross sell on projects.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Log and assign projects in CRM to Designers and manage the turnaround time expectations of our Dealers and Reps.
· Review new project requests and provide Designers with a summary of what’s required.
· Act as a liaison between our internal team and our Dealers and Reps.
· Address client and partner inquiries and concerns promptly.
· Conduct project kick off calls with Dealers to gather required project data while showcasing our range of office furniture products and solutions.
· Work with our Sales team and Reps on project follow ups.
· Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
· Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions to stay informed.
· Educate customers on our products and services, providing direction and guidance for best possible furniture solutions.
· Proactively develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, build rapport, providing product information and explanations and preparing quotes.
· Demonstrate a culture of fun, respect, support, empowerment, encouragement, passion with all our staff, partners and clients.
· Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to best suit corporate strategy and goals, as required.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in a Sales-focused role (preferred).
· Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business.
· Proficient working with CRM software.
· Previous experience in inside sales, especially in the office furniture industry, is a significant advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to understand and communicate technical details of office furniture products effectively.
· Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to prioritize and execute on competing demands.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and strong organizational abilities.
· A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to achieving collective goals.
