As part of Axiom’s Equipment Rental Division, this Shipper/Receiver will play a critical role in executing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for handling all incoming/outgoing orders, properly documenting shipments, and ensuring accuracy with each. Working closely with the Service Manager & Operations Coordinator, you will:

Ensure equipment/orders are organized, assembled, and staged for shipment;

Maintain internal records, and ensure document accuracy;

Prepare proper documentation for packages (i.e., packing lists & shipping receipts);

Verify incoming orders against invoices or other shipping documents;

Unpack and route equipment based on its appropriate location;

Investigate and identify when missing, damaged, or lost company equipment has been recorded.

Class 5 Drivers License;
-
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.;

Experience in the construction equipment rental industry will be considered an asset;

Forklift ticket would be considered an asset;

Basic mechanical knowledge, background or aptitude is considered an asset;

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative;
-
Strong commitment to punctuality and accountability;

Strong verbal and written communication.
