Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg has a new position to offer a motivated key player on our team as we execute our 23-28 strategic and operational priorities.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. In this newly created role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic initiatives aligning with our organization’s goals and objectives, focusing on growing our social enterprise, the Big Smiles Collection Crew, and the Big Tow program. Overall, you will perform a crucial role in the increase and diversification of sustainable revenue streams.
As a member of the Big Winnipeg team, you will be a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada’s nationwide federation, working with incredible people from all across Canada. Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Executive Director and building on established groundwork, you will develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and development strategy that supports our organization’s mission and objectives.
Requirements:
Our team uses Office 365 products and you must be comfortable using Microsoft Teams. Some knowledge of Canva, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite, would be ideal
We are a hybrid work environment. You must have a strong, stable internet connection and can virtually hold meetings. For this position, the ability to be client-centered in scheduling appointments with both daytime/evening and some weekend availability is preferred. We offer a flexible work environment, remote work, and creative compensation packages. Applicants will be considered from outside of Winnipeg; however, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel is required.
