As an Order Desk Coordinator, you will be a key member of our energetic and committed team by assisting in coordinating the e-commerce orders and dispatch related fulfilment. You will also provide administrative operational support and report activities to ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Biiibo is a fast-growing start-up and market leader in the on-demand delivery service for construction materials and supplies space. Since our launch in early 2020, our team has grown from 10 employees to 100 in less than a year! With proven success in the industry and no limiting runway, we are growing exponentially and we’re looking for driven challenge-seekers to join our team!
What is Expected
Assign e-commerce orders amongst warehouse team members.
Liaise with dispatch to coordinate priorities.
Utilize web-based platforms alongside internal WMS system.
Work alongside pickers, loaders, QC/QA, and dispatch to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in coordinating the rotating staff schedule (pertaining to “Role Assignment”).
Follow up and update order statuses.
Do you have what it takes?
Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you’ll need:
1 year of experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.
Proficient with computers and other standard office technology.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
