Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee our team of Technical Business Analysts and Scrum Masters. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of projects, fostering agile methodologies, managing risks, and supervising project progress within our Product Management team. The Delivery Manager will have a solid understanding of the technical business analysis field, as well as agile project management, and will use this knowledge to drive efficiencies and improvements throughout our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, encouraging their professional growth and development
• Manage and coordinate software releases across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient release process
• Develop and maintain a release calendar, synchronizing with project schedules and milestones
• Establish and enforce release policies and standards, ensuring each release is compliant and meets quality assurance criteria
• Foster the adoption and refinement of agile methodologies within the team
• Work closely with the Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Software Development teams to understand and manage software dependencies, preventing potential conflicts
• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project delivery with business objectives
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define project objectives, scope, and performance metrics
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and upper management
• Work closely with the team to remove impediments, facilitating the completion of the project deliverables
• Promote continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and adopt best practices to optimize performance
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of compliance to data security and other relevant industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Scrum master accreditation in good standing
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Delivery Manager, or a similar managerial role in tech project management.
• Strong understanding and experience in software release management across multiple teams and projects.
• Familiarity with business and technical requirements analysis, verification, and methodology development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and other agile practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make sound decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external client stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
