BIS Safety Software Looking for Lead Generation Specialist at Mississauga, ON Full Time

BIS Safety Software is a fast-paced, high-growth organization that has been providing leading software to the safety industry for over a decade. We are seeking an individual with drive and charisma to join our ever-expanding team as a lead generation specialist.

As a lead generation specialist, it will be your primary job to setup appointments and find potential clients for our sales team, utilizing your persuasive communication and creative networking abilities.

This role requires a high-energy individual who possesses a strong desire to succeed. The pay structure includes a base salary plus a bonus for every successful client sign-up.

This is a remote, work from home position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by connecting with new accounts through high activity calling, emailing and via LinkedIn to senior decision makers
• Focus on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for our sales team
• Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline
• Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with the decision makers
• Continue to refine and hone your prospecting and outreach skills
• Update and maintain accurate and consistent records in our CRM

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Possess excellent English written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft exciting and incentivizing emails, as well as hold engaging conversations over the phone or via online virtual meetings
• Have a proven track record of generating leads, ideally in the software industry
• Are outgoing, charismatic, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional
• Have experience with high-volume cold calling, appointment setting, and/or lead generation
• Have a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, and a positive, professional attitude
• Are tech savvy, pick up new software quickly, and are very comfortable with constantly evolving technology
• Have a passion for meeting new people and a natural ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective clients
• Can overcome client objections and rejections quickly and easily

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting, or equivalent
• Previous lead generation and/or cold calling experience will be considered an asset
• Strong computer skills, including above-average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
