Position Responsibilities:
Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guests’ needs.
Maximize food and drink revenue
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications
Maintain high personal hygiene standards
Participate in ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained
Communicate with Culinary and Front of House to ensure quality of product and service is maintained
Properly complete cash handling and balancing
Abide by basic beverage control and responsible serving practices
Be able to provide guests with information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s amenities, services, and events as well as information on the surrounding area.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by the management
Comply with all Black Rock Health & Safety and Security regulations
Strictly adhere to all Black Rock Oceanfront Resort policies and procedures
