Blair Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a versatile individual to join our expanding team. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, strong multi-tasking, MS Office Skills, QuickBooks Knowledge, organizational skills and minimum 2 years administration experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.

Your Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Positive & professional attitude
• Time management skills
• QuickBooks Knowledge (an asset)
• STRONG MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Reliable
• Able to take direction well
• Adapt to change and learn quickly
• IT competent; good typist, minimum 60 wpm
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your duties include:

• Reception/Switchboard
• Operation of office machines (fax, photo copier, scanner, multi-line telephone)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain and update customer database
• Knowledge of computer programs (QuickBooks)
• Following up with customers
• Data Entry
• Cross training to support other departments
