Blaze.com was born in 2019 as a result of a handful of entrepreneurs who not only had a knack for entertaining others but, also an affinity with the iGaming industry. They teamed up and built a new product, setting the bar to an all-new high. Now in just a two years, we have created a new category in iGaming by combining social and real-money gaming! We currently have 2,000+ games and 2,000,000+ registered players. Naturally, we can’t do all of this as well as all the exciting things we have lined up for the years to follow without the living legends that make our business the success it is today.

A great opportunity for an iGaming experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

You Will:

• Create top notch end to end solutions, from research and ideation through to visual execution
• Be the driver of key initiatives, continuously iterating and improving upon experiences that span the entire player journey
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to find opportunities to improve our product
• Drive projects and operate end to end by formulating sound problem statements, conduct user research, mockup your ideas, collect feedback from your team, iterate, design the solution and work with our developers to build the solution and ship it, and monitor the implemented solution.
• Advocate for design thinking throughout the organisation by investing in standards, documentation and varied processes to further the discipline.
  Working with the wider product team, contribute towards shaping the product vision and strategy
• Work with different teams and disciplines to achieve results, including data science, content design and engineering.

Requirements

You Are:

• Experienced in designing digital products and systems
• Highly keen to detail, while never losing sight of the bigger picture
• Developing a design system
• Solid experience working with the latest design tools, like Figma
• Able to question assumptions and form a compelling argument backed up with data
• Self-driven, problem solver and takes ownership to manage their own projects while being a team player
• Can prove the above with a portfolio rich with case studies that highlight UX research, iterations of wireframes, and impeccable UI. Please note we will be specifically interested in your thought process around given projects.
