Bloom has already guided tens of thousands on their DEI learning journeys, partnering with names like Spotify, Loblaw Digital, and Shopify. Are you committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion? Do you dismantle barriers that hinder marginalized individuals’ workplace success? In this role, you’ll collaborate with Bloom’s DEI Advisors to enhance workplace experiences for all. Your daily tasks will vary, from facilitating sessions to crafting blog posts and social media content. The Interview Process

Compensation, Location, Work Hours
$40 – $50 an hour
