We are currently seeking the right Junior Project Manager to join our growing practice in Montreal. This individual will work in tandem with our Development Team Lead to manage a dedicated team while supporting managed services on existing builds.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary client-facing contact for multiple clients
- Run regular meetings with clients, updating them on our progress using a Kanban board over a screen share
- Send out summarized Meeting Minutes after each meeting, identifying Action Items by party and timelines to see progress
- Follow up on Action Items for Internal and External stakeholders
- Participate in daily scrum meetings with team members
- Loop in senior resources for scoping tasks as needed
- Build and maintain timelines for projects using Smartsheet
- Send out weekly budget reports to clients
- Prioritize work across for a team of 5-7 developers
- Work with QA to handle quality control for your projects
- Bring energy to your work every day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
