Bluewater Pools and Spas Looking for E-Commerce Assistant at Windsor, ON Full Time

Bluewater Pools and Spas needs someone with ecommerce experience.

A staff person who can work independently is a self starter, someone who takes initiative and someone who is exceptional at customer service.

If you are organized, can be a leader and have a positive attitude you are the perfect person for this job. You must be comfortable working independently as well as with a team, you need to be tech savvy using different platforms to communicate with customers, manage online sales and have lots of energy to be able to manage lots of moving parts.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Each shift we ask that you check off this list in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Checklist:

· Walk through the warehouse to check inventory

· Respond to ALL emails in the morning

· Respond to ALL phone calls in the morning

· Process ALL new orders

· Diligent with shipping company

· Match order address on payment card to shipping address to avoid fraudulent charges

· Available to answer the phone and be available to answer the phone throughout the whole shift.

· Text customer questions

· Returning all voicemails within one business day

· Responding to all emails within one business day

· Update the website each shift (adding content to items, updating prices)

· Take photos of inventory on a regular basis (add 5-10 new products each week)

· Provide voice over videos of the warehouse (eg) new arrivals, shipping boxes and items, highlighting a product of the week, weekly sale item, showcasing products, Poolside chats to inform people of product descriptions

· Provide sales report weekly (top sales, any challenges, all successes)

· Cross comparison to other online pool stores to ensure competitive pricing (eg ) Pool Supply Canada

· Job description is subject to change throughout the season to ensure success of the 2022 Pool Season.
