The Executive Assistant is accountable for providing support to the accountable SVP in Total Rewards. Specifically, the incumbent will provide calendar and time management, support of ongoing projects and the overall efficient operation of the business group. Monitors and ensures that administrative and operational processes are followed while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a hybrid role, and is anticipated to work in-office 2-3 days per week. Requires focus and concentration when collecting and aggregating information for preparing reports, presentations, and performing complex analytical work. Supports a highly demanding business group, with moderate level of pressure to produce outputs as a result of multiple demands and conflicting priorities. Has limited exposures to risk or ill health however may experience periods of moderate-level stress.
