Role Description
As a Service Advisor, you will be an on-site contact for BMW and MINI customers who need assistance with their vehicles. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, managing repair orders, providing accurate repair estimates, liaising between the customers and the technicians, and ensuring the satisfaction of all customers. This is a full-time position located in Laval, QC.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment while maintaining a high level of customer service focus
- Understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer software programs
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and French
