In your role, you will

Communicates between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.

Prepare a summary of the day and share the information with the next shift.

Assign work order per technician.
-
Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
-
Communicate actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
-
Carry out pre and post-intervention ”go-see” operational in force.
-
Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support a preventive vision
-
Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.

Perform potential impact review ‘’RIP’’
-
Write work permits.
-
Assist / Support the maintenance leader.

Participation actively to daily morning meetings in order to bring issues to solve.
As our ideal candidate
-
You have a DEP in carpentry or general building maintenance or a in a field related to the position.
-
You have more than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
-
You demonstrate good organizational skills, rigor, and good judgment.
-
You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
You speak French; English is an asset.
-
You demonstrate leadership, team spirit and good adaptability.

You are focused on a safe work environment.
