We’re looking for a bilingual Onboarding Specialist (Spanish) in the SaaS space who is passionate about teaching and educating clients on how to use our business management software. As a member of our Customer Success department, you’ll create and deliver effective 1×1 training programs and customer success materials to educate clients on best practices enabling them to achieve their business goals.
You will:
Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements, goals, and client objectives for success
Perform the initial setup and configuration of the client’s account prior to account delivery, ensuring the setup addresses the client’s business requirements
Schedule, facilitate and personalize the training program for each assigned client projects, ensuring training deliverables are met within allocated timelines
Deliver interactive training sessions to key stakeholders and system users using video-conferencing (Zoom) and onsite when required
Become a well rounded product expert to deliver a high value consultative approach to training
Act as the key subject matter expert throughout the client’s on-boarding journey, consulting on best practices and how-to questions
Assist with designing new and updating existing training materials, documentation, and videos.
What you bring to the team:
2+ years of experience
Ability to effectively communicate with a high level of business acumen (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills both on the phone, over video-conferencing (Zoom) and in-person
Strong problem solving skills, ability to think on your feet and, and hold effective conversations with a variety of stakeholders
Prior experience in a similar training / education role teaching software and/or complex topics to businesses
Logical problem-solving approach and multi-tasking skills to juggle between deadlines
Must have flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and travel for onsite training and support when required (15-20%)
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management / Adult Education or related fields with experience in training is an asset
Experience working in the Spa industry, hospitality and/or retail environment is an asset
